Lifeguard

This position supervises daily pool activities and is responsible for maintaining a safe pool atmosphere while preventing accidents. The role involves providing a positive role model for members and creating a character-developing atmosphere within the aquatic department. The incumbent ensures constant surveillance of the pool area and responds immediately to emergency situations in accordance with YMCA policies.
