This position supports the Y's mission by ensuring the safety and wellbeing of patrons in the pool area. The role involves maintaining safe and sanitary pool conditions, enforcing rules, and responding effectively to emergency situations. The employee will also adhere to abuse risk management policies and maintain positive relationships with staff and patrons.
