Lifeguard

This position supports the YMCA's mission by maintaining safe swimming conditions and creating a positive atmosphere for members. The role involves active surveillance of the pool area, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with safety policies. Lifeguards are also responsible for equipment checks, chemical testing, and participating in staff training.
