Personal Trainer

This role supports the YMCA's mission by conducting fitness assessments and developing individualized wellness programs to enhance member success and retention. The Personal Trainer leads engaging group classes, builds authentic relationships with members, and provides effective support for healthy living goals. The position requires maintaining a working knowledge of wellness trends and adhering to all YMCA policies and procedures.
