Lighting Director

The Lighting Director for the Miami Heat Broadcast Services team is responsible for designing, programming, operating, and executing all lighting systems at the Kaseya Center and related off‑site events. This role leads the arena’s special effect lighting, establishes lighting standards, manages inventory and staff, and ensures safety and regulatory compliance. The position also supports broadcast services with technical projects and collaborates with marketing, engineering, and visiting production teams.
