Line Cook

The Line Cook prepares, prioritizes, and executes recipes in accordance with established policies and procedures at The Amalfi Llama, a rustic live-fire steakhouse merging Italian cuisine with Southern Patagonian flavors. This non-exempt position reports directly to the Kitchen Manager and is responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation. The role involves working across various kitchen stations, including grill, fryer, and pizza oven, while ensuring efficient teamwork and compliance with food safety protocols.
