Line Cook

This position is responsible for preparing food products utilizing basic and advanced cooking techniques, standard recipes, and plating guidelines while meeting production schedules in accordance with health and safety procedures. The role involves processing food items, ensuring proper utilization and storage of supplies, and maintaining orderliness and cleanliness of equipment and work areas. Direct customer service is required, including taking orders and expediting them in an organized and timely manner under pressure.
