Line Program Manager

The Line Program Manager plans, organizes, and manages customer interface in aircraft maintenance and repair operations for designated customer programs, including both hangar and line maintenance activities. This role develops operating plans and manpower requirements to meet short and long-term objectives while ensuring 100% safety compliance and consistent achievement of set KPIs. The position serves as a liaison with customers and internal teams to deliver quality products and services in accordance with aircraft maintenance schedules.
