About this role

The Linkage to Care Coordinator supports Nevada’s Overdose Data to Action (OD2A) program by connecting individuals with opioid and other substance use disorders to appropriate care and community resources. The role focuses on education, outreach, and linkage to care in high-need settings such as hospitals, urgent care centers, and community locations. The coordinator builds and maintains partnerships with service providers and community organizations to expand access to evidence-based services and non-medical supports. This position also contributes to evaluation and quality improvement activities to strengthen community-level public health interventions.
