Litigation Coordinator

The Litigation Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end processing of physical and electronic correspondence, including mail intake, document scanning, indexing, and routing within workflow systems. This role ensures accurate reconciliation and timely handling of legal, litigation, and claims-related documents while maintaining strict departmental controls and quality standards. The position requires onsite presence five days per week to support continuous departmental coverage and physical document management.
