Litigation Counsel

Spruce Power is seeking a Litigation Counsel to manage the company's litigation and arbitration docket from prelitigation through trial or final hearing. This hands-on role involves personally handling substantive legal work, including drafting pleadings, developing strategies, and representing the company in court and arbitration proceedings. The position requires managing outside counsel, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and reporting on the litigation portfolio status.
