Litigation Paralegal

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a high-volume North America collection litigation portfolio. This role involves managing cases efficiently from intake through resolution, coordinating with in-house attorneys and outside counsel, and applying critical thinking to identify patterns and risks across the litigation portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the litigation lifecycle and experience in financial services or commercial litigation.
