About this role

The Livelihood and Economic Inclusion Associate supports the implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance refugee and host community self‑reliance through economic inclusion, partnerships, and livelihood programming. Working under the Senior Livelihood and Economic Inclusion Officer, the role coordinates with UNHCR partners, government agencies, and the private sector to develop and monitor projects that promote financial inclusion, entrepreneurship, and market access.

Responsibilities

Explore partnerships to enhance economic inclusion of refugees
Collect legal framework information on right to work
Support implementation of socioeconomic and wealth ranking surveys
Provide technical assistance for market‑based livelihood interventions
Prepare field reports and recommendations on refugee economic inclusion
