Loan Servicing Specialist

This role is responsible for loan servicing tasks, including reporting, collection efforts, and customer service for the BankWest Residential Mortgage department. The incumbent will work directly with investors, program providers, and agencies to provide status reporting and resolve issues. The position requires meeting crucial deadlines, maintaining compliance and quality standards, and controlling expenses. The role also involves assisting with the facilitation of optimal customer service from loan closing through complete collection.
