Lobby Ambassador

The Lobby Ambassador serves as the primary point of contact for Residence owners and guests, handling visitor information, special arrangements, and property-related inquiries. This role involves managing access control, processing calls and requests, and coordinating with various departments to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction. The position also includes assisting with bell and valet services, elevator scheduling, and maintaining detailed shift logs.
