Lobby/Client Suites Supervisor

The Lobby and Client Suites Supervisor oversees daily operations for concierge teams, ensuring exceptional hospitality and client service experiences in lobby and client-facing spaces. This role involves leading, coaching, and developing team members while managing rosters, coordinating shift allocations, and handling VIP access and event logistics. Reporting to the Guest Services Lead, the supervisor acts as a key point of escalation for service issues and collaborates with security and facilities teams to maintain high standards.
