The Logistics Admin provides administrative, financial, and documentation support to the Logistics Department, managing invoices, shipping documentation, carrier payments, and project logistics cost tracking. This role involves monitoring logistics budgets, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring all costs are properly documented, approved, and filed. The position requires close collaboration with Logistics Leads to resolve issues and maintain accurate records for audit and project closeout purposes.
