This position serves as the primary contact for vessel crews, customers, and trade partners, managing vessel schedules, coordinating deliveries, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves a mix of scheduling, administrative, and vessel support functions, with a New York-based work location following initial training in Baltimore.
