About this role

The National Gender Specialist is a part-time consultancy based in Laos supporting an ADB-funded sustainable agrifood systems project to ensure gender-responsive planning and implementation. The role contributes to improved food security, nutrition, and women’s economic empowerment by working with the Project Management Unit, implementing agencies, financial intermediaries, and local stakeholders. The consultancy is 9 person-months spread over a 5-year project period.
