About this role

The National Specialist: Climate Change Adaptation will support an ADB-funded sustainable agrifood systems project in Laos by providing national-level expertise on climate adaptation and resilience. This part-time consultancy (12 person-months over 5 years) will help integrate climate risk considerations across project outputs, coordinate with linked ADB activities and partners, and contribute to monitoring, reporting, and knowledge products. The role supports the International Climate Change Adaptation Specialist and engages government agencies, communities, and consultants to ensure climate-informed implementation.
