Loss Mitigation Specialist

The Loss Mitigation Specialist supports the Risk Management department by managing a portfolio of accounts to minimize risk exposure and reduce losses for the credit union. The role involves coordinating payment arrangements, negotiating loan modifications, and handling collections and recovery processes for defaulted loans. This position plays a key part in maintaining department performance ratios and delivering exceptional member experiences.
