Loss Prevention Partner

As a Loss Prevention Partner, you will investigate shrinkage trends, patrol shop floors to deter theft, and monitor CCTV for suspicious behavior to protect company profits. You will act as a point of contact for profit protection issues, manage shrinkage performance within budget, and support fellow partners in minimizing loss. The role involves de-escalating conflicts, conducting investigations, and coaching staff on correct procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
