A Loss Prevention Partner in the Profit Protection team works on-site in a John Lewis shop to protect company profits by identifying and reporting shrinkage trends and suspicious behaviour. The role supports safety of customers and colleagues through patrols and CCTV monitoring, and contributes to investigations and loss prevention initiatives. It is a customer-facing, retail-facing position based in-store with rotational shifts including evenings and weekends.
