Loss Prevention Partner

As a Loss Prevention Partner, you will protect shop profits by investigating shrinkage trends, patrolling floors to deter theft, and monitoring CCTV for suspicious behavior. You will act as a point of contact for profit protection issues, manage shrinkage performance within budget, and coach fellow partners on minimizing loss. The role involves de-escalating conflicts, addressing internal and external dishonesty, and supporting investigations to ensure the safety of staff and customers.
