Loss Prevention Partner

The Loss Prevention Partner plays a key role in the Profit Protection team by investigating shrinkage trends and patrolling the shop floor to deter theft and protect profits. This position involves monitoring CCTV, de-escalating conflicts, and supporting colleagues in minimizing loss through proper procedures. The role requires working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, on a rota basis.
