About this role

The Nurse Residency Program at BAYADA offers nursing graduates an exclusive, paid residency in home care to earn ANCC accreditation. Following a 6-week training period, residents provide one-on-one care with flexible scheduling, electronic charting via AlayaCare, and support from simulation labs. Responsibilities

Utilize AlayaCare for electronic charting during home visits
Participate in 6-week training program including shadowing
Deliver care in community clients' homes near their residence
Collaborate with clinical support team for ongoing patient needs

Qualifications
