LVN II

The LVN II provides selected aspects of patient care for a designated group of patients within the LVN scope of practice, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams under the supervision of an RN or MD. This full-time position supports primary care clinics, primarily serving patients in foster care, and assists child abuse pediatricians with consultations. The role requires a graduate of an accredited nursing school with at least one year of LVN experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting.
