Machine Learning Engineer

This role involves developing and deploying production classification and evaluation systems to provide reliable feedback on model behavior for post-training and research teams. The position requires transforming open-ended questions about model behavior into well-defined machine learning problems and optimizing inference performance for efficiency and cost. The engineer will own the full lifecycle of classifiers, from supervised fine-tuning and distillation to deployment and continuous improvement.
