Machine Learning Model Developer

This role involves developing and maintaining machine learning and GLM-based pricing models for P&C insurance products, focusing on pricing, customer behavior, and risk segmentation. The position requires end-to-end ownership of the modeling lifecycle, from data preparation and feature engineering to deployment and performance monitoring using Databricks. The ideal candidate will partner with actuarial and underwriting teams to translate business problems into analytical solutions while ensuring model governance and regulatory compliance.
