Machine Operator

This role involves operating machine tools to produce parts from various materials on a production basis, including changing tools and making minor adjustments as needed. The incumbent is responsible for securing first article inspections, checking parts for conformance to standards, and using precision measuring devices to ensure quality. As a floater position, the operator moves between machines as requested by the supervisor and may also grind high-speed tools under detailed instructions.
