Maintenance & Asset Manager

The Maintenance & Asset Manager leads the maintenance and asset management function at West Red Lake Gold Mines Ltd., ensuring the reliability, integrity, and lifecycle management of all operational assets including mobile mining equipment, fixed plant, and site infrastructure. This senior site leadership role is responsible for developing maintenance and capital budgets from first principles, driving continuous improvement in equipment reliability, and fostering a culture of safety and accountability. The position requires strong mechanical engineering expertise, multidisciplinary maintenance leadership experience, and extensive mining industry background to support the company's goal of restarting and expanding the historic Madsen Gold Mine.
