Security Lead Hand

The Security Lead Hand at West Red Lake Gold Mines Ltd. plays a critical role in fostering a safe, secure, and productive work environment while supporting the continued success and growth of the Madsen Mine. This position operates on a 14-days-on, 14-days-off rotational schedule and is responsible for leading the Security Services team to ensure the protection of personnel, property, and assets. The role involves overseeing site security programs, access control systems, and emergency response support to maintain a culture of safety and operational excellence.
