Maintenance Assistant- Avocet Playa Vista

The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations and physical assets of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Director. This role involves completing work orders, managing make-ready processes for vacant apartments, and executing preventative maintenance programs. The position also requires handling 24-hour emergency maintenance services and performing grounds maintenance duties as directed.
