Maintenance Director

The Maintenance Director leads the Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry teams to ensure the physical plant, grounds, and equipment are meticulously maintained and fully functional. This role drives operational excellence by managing department budgets, overseeing daily activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. The director also handles emergency on-call duties, coordinates resident maintenance requests, and manages outside vendors to support a safe and inviting environment for residents and staff.
