Maintenance Mechanic

The Maintenance Mechanic in the Processing Department is responsible for repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery and equipment within the processing area to ensure safe and quality food production. The role involves installing, servicing, and repairing various mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems while maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. The position requires the ability to read electrical schematics, understand PLC ladder logic, and perform preventative maintenance on plant facilities and equipment.
