Maintenance Mechanic

The Maintenance Mechanic in the Processing Department is responsible for repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery and equipment within the processing area to ensure the production of safe and quality food products. This role involves installing, servicing, and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, as well as performing preventative maintenance on plant facilities and equipment. The position requires a strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, PLC ladder logic, and maintenance trade practices to resolve problems and maintain a clean, sanitary work environment.
