Maintenance Specialist

The Maintenance Specialist is a full-time position primarily assigned to the Pensacola Campus, responsible for coordinating and participating in various maintenance functions including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. The role involves ensuring the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of assigned buildings and grounds, providing building security, and managing necessary supplies and parts. The position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and requires adherence to all safety practices and regulations.
