Student Financial Specialist

The Student Financial Specialist assists in overseeing the College’s Sponsor Contracts, student accounts, and cash collections while providing quality customer service to students, faculty, staff, and third-party entities. This role involves managing student account inquiries, processing payments, and ensuring accurate record-keeping in compliance with FERPA regulations. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to utilize online services and portals to support student financial needs.
