Maintenance Superintendent

The Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for the preservation and upkeep of the property under the direct supervision of the Community Manager. This part-time role involves performing scheduled maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes, and maintaining the grounds and amenities. The position requires proficiency in carpentry, light plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC troubleshooting to support the community's operational needs.
