Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the preservation and upkeep of the property under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager. The role requires strict adherence to OSHA standards and company safety policies while performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on apartment units, buildings, and common areas. The position involves maintaining accurate records, participating in emergency standby schedules, and ensuring the property's amenities and grounds are well-maintained.
