Maintenance Supervisor (12hr Day Shift)

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees daily operations of the Maintenance Department, managing repair and upkeep of production and plant equipment as well as buildings and grounds. The role ensures safety and regulatory compliance, supervises maintenance staff and contractors, and implements preventative maintenance programs and equipment improvements. The supervisor maintains records and coordinates utilities, emergency systems, and materials to support continuous production.
