About this role

The Facilities Services & Real Estate organization is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor - HVAC to provide technical and operational leadership for HVAC and Building Automation System maintenance operations across DuPont's Wilmington Area sites. This position leads a team of HVAC Mechanics, Millwrights, and Building Automation Specialists while ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of facility infrastructure supporting research laboratories, pilot plants, office facilities, utility systems, and support operations. The role is accountable for workforce safety, work quality, schedule execution, equipment reliability, energy performance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead HVAC and BAS maintenance operations across multiple facility sites
Supervise maintenance teams and manage workforce deployment and safety
Drive equipment reliability improvements and manage maintenance budgets
