The Maintenance Supervisor ensures maximum production quantity and quality through the safe maintenance, repair, or replacement of plant equipment and systems, supporting company policies and objectives.

Responsibilities

Maintain safety, environmental, and process compliance
Champion hazard identification and control through safety programs

Ensure proper documentation and complete reports

Skills

Qualifications

Post-secondary degree/diploma in industrial technology or engineering, business administration, or managementMinimum of 3 years industrial leadership experience (Crushing or Mining experience a definite asset)Highly developed interpersonal, leadership, coaching, mentoring, delegation and people management skillsExperience with process safety managementFamiliarity with regulatory requirements (OH&S, environment, labour standards)
