Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees maintenance and grounds personnel while managing ongoing maintenance needs, vendor relations, and apartment make-ready turns. This role involves completing service requests for plumbing, carpentry, and light electrical work, as well as performing preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC and other mechanical systems. The position requires on-call availability for after-hour emergencies and responsibility for snow removal and grounds maintenance.
