Maintenance Supervisor

This role involves organizing and overseeing department schedules and work while ensuring strict adherence to safety practices and lock-out/tag-out procedures. The position requires training and supervising team members on maintenance repairs and best practices to maintain production and plant utility equipment efficiencies. Additionally, the role includes monitoring equipment performance and ensuring daily preventative maintenance routing sheets are completed.
