Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor provides shift-level oversight for all line maintenance activities at the assigned Maintenance base, coordinating between various operational departments to ensure safe and expedient aircraft return to service. This role involves managing labor schedules, validating tooling, and ensuring compliance with Frontier maintenance manuals and company policies. The position requires authority over airworthiness determinations and direct management of support shop personnel.
