Maintenance Supervisor

This role provides shift-level oversight for all line maintenance activities at the assigned Maintenance base, coordinating between various operational departments to ensure safe and expedient aircraft return to service. The position involves managing labor schedules, validating tooling, and ensuring compliance with Frontier maintenance manuals and Federal Aviation Regulations. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining accurate communications with Maintenance Control and Planning to meet daily operational objectives.
