Maintenance Supervisor

TransAlta is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to provide front-line leadership for safe, reliable, and efficient maintenance execution at the Keephills Thermal Plant. This full-time, safety-sensitive role involves supervising maintenance employees and contractors, coordinating day-to-day activities with cross-functional teams, and ensuring work is planned, executed, and closed out in alignment with safety and operational priorities. The position requires strong field leadership, effective communication, and the ability to manage changing priorities while balancing safety, reliability, cost, and schedule.
