Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the overall maintenance program for the apartment community, ensuring the physical condition and appearance of the site are maintained. This role involves diagnosing and performing major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs, managing make-ready programs, and coordinating with vendors and contractors. The position requires a current journeyman or above license in Heating and Air Conditioning, along with significant experience in plumbing, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs.
