Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the overall maintenance program for the apartment community, ensuring the physical condition and appearance of the site are maintained to company standards. This role involves managing make-ready units, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and performing emergency maintenance as needed. The position requires a current journeyman license in Heating and Air Conditioning along with significant experience in plumbing, appliance repair, and general maintenance.
